Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026 Last updated July 31, 2026

1 Overview

This policy explains what information Titan Systems Advisory, LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It applies to titansystemsadvisory.com and to the services we provide to our clients.

We are a small business. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2 Information we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

3 Payment information

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy.

What we can see is limited to your name, billing address, email, the card brand, the last four digits, and your payment and invoice history.

4 How we use information

5 Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who need it to help us operate, and only for that purpose:

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Titan, our clients, or the public. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

6 Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Where we use Google Analytics, Google processes that data under its own terms. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on.

7 How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes — resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting tax and accounting obligations. Billing records are typically retained for seven years. You can ask us to delete information we're not required to keep.

8 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting who on our side can see what. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law.

9 Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email info@titansystemsadvisory.com. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Note that service messages about billing and your account aren't marketing, and you'll continue receiving those while you have an active subscription.

10 Third-party sites

Our site and emails may link to sites we don't operate. We're not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

11 Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
